Data collection on our website

  • Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?

The website operator is responsible for the data processing on this website. The contact details can be found in the Impressum of this website.

  • How do we collect your data?

Your data will be collected by communicating it to us. This can be, for example, data that you enter in a contact form.

Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of the page call). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

  • What do we use your data for?

Some of the data is collected to ensure that the website is error-free. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

  • What rights do you have over your data?

You have the right at any time and free of charge to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to demand your data to be corrected, blocked or deleted. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the Impressum for this or any other question regarding subject of data protection. Furthermore, you have the right to appeal to the responsible supervisory authority.

You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request your personal data to be restricted. For details, please refer to the data protection declaration under “Right to limitation of processing”.

The analysis of your surfing behaviour is usually anonymous; the surfing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can contradict this analysis or use certain tools to prevent the analysis. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the following privacy statement.

We will inform you about the possibilities of objection in this data protection declaration.

2. General information and mandatory information

Privacy protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the legal data protection regulations as well as to this data protection explanation.

If you use this website, various personal data will be collected. Personal data is data that can personally identify you. This Privacy Policy explains what kind of information we collect and how we use it. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can lead to security gaps. A complete protection of your data and a guarantee that no third parties are able to have access is not possible.

Information on the responsible party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Physiozentrum.ch AG
Spitalgasse 4
9000 pcs. Gall

Phone: 0800 08 07 06
E-mail: info@physiozentrum.ch

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail to us is enough. The legality of the past data processing remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of objection against data collection in special cases and against direct marketing (Art. 21 DSGVO)

If data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f DSGVO, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which a processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you file an objection, we will no longer process your personal data concerned unless we can prove compelling reasons for the processing worthy of protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims (objection according to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO).

Application procedure

We process the applicant data only for the purpose and within the framework of the application procedure in accordance with the legal requirements. The processing of the applicant data is carried out to fulfil our (pre)contractual obligations within the scope of the application procedure in the sense of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b. DSGVO Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO insofar as data processing becomes necessary for us, e.g. within the framework of legal proceedings.

The application procedure requires that applicants provide us with the applicant data. If we offer an online form, the necessary applicant data is marked, otherwise it results from the job descriptions and basically includes personal details, postal and contact addresses and the documents belonging to the application, such as cover letter, curriculum vitae and certificates. In addition, applicants may voluntarily provide us with additional information.

By submitting their application to us, applicants consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of the application procedure in accordance with the type and scope set out in this data protection declaration.

If special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 Para. 1 DSGVO are voluntarily provided as part of the application process, they will also be processed in accordance with Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. b DSGVO (e.g. health data, such as severely disabled status or ethnic origin). Insofar as special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 DSGVO are requested from applicants as part of the application procedure, their processing will also be carried out in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a DSGVO (e.g. health data if they are required for the exercise of a profession).

Applicants may submit their applications, if available, via an online form on our website. The data will be transmitted to us encrypted according to the state of the art. Applicants can also send us their applications by e-mail. Please note, however, that e-mails are generally not sent in encrypted form and the applicants themselves must ensure that they are encrypted. We therefore cannot assume any responsibility for the transmission path of the application between the sender and the reception on our server and therefore recommend using an online form or postal dispatch. Instead of applying using the online form and e-mail, applicants still have the option of sending their application by post.

In the event of a successful application, the data provided by the applicants can be further processed by us for the purposes of the employment relationship. Otherwise, if the application for a job offer is not successful, the applicant’s data will be deleted. Applicant data will also be deleted if an application is withdrawn, which applicants are entitled to do at any time.

Subject to a justified revocation by the applicants, the data will be deleted after a period of six months so that we can answer any follow-up questions regarding the application and meet our obligations to provide evidence under the Equal Treatment Act. Invoices for any reimbursement of travel expenses will be archived in accordance with the provisions of tax law.

Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

  • Patient name and first name
  • Gender
  • Mobile phone number
  • Dates

In the case of important changes, for example in the scope of our services or in the case of technically necessary changes, we will use the e-mail address provided during registration to inform you in this way.

The data entered during registration will be processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent at any time. An informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
